The newest release in the Timeless Regency Collection, Spring in Hyde Park is delightful and entertaining. Comprised of three novellas by authors Jennifer Moore, GG Vandagriff, and Nichole Van, Spring in Hyde Park is a quick, fun read.
A Happy Accident by Jennifer Moore introduces us to Miss Maryann Croft caught in an unfortunate storm and Jonathan, Earl of Rensfield, who helps Miss Maryann and finds himself caught in an unexpected way. Author Jennifer Moore shares a compelling story about how appearances can misguide and hope can be found in the most contrived circumstances.
The Disdainful Duke by GG Vandagriff introduces us to well to do Lady Sophronia Huffington who longs for a home of her own,and the Duke of Mayfield who is certain Lady Sophronia is a spinster eager for his title. A story of disdain and discovery, author GG Vandagriff weaves a plot of deception and honesty, love and rejection, and absorbing characters.
The Invisible Heiress by Nichole Van was my favorite novella of this set. Miss Arabella Heartstone, although young, is not inexperienced in the ways of business thanks to her late father. After Lord Blake refuses to accept her business-like marriage proposal, Miss Arabella finds another propitious business venture and a budding friendship. A touching story of accepting and developing talents and using them to help others concludes this Timeless Regency Collection. Heather B. Moore gave me a complimentary copy of Spring in Hyde Park for my candid review.
